LAST MONTH’S HOT 3: May 2017

1. adidas Ignite Invasion Kakari Light Rugby Boots

Exclusive to the Lions players who wear adidas, the Ignite Invasion pack are stunning to behold. Our favourite of the bunch are the Kakari Light boots as worn by Sam Warburton. Designed to give back-row forwards the grip and power they need to overcome any opposition.

The low-cut sock and 10mm heel allow players to charge with confidence while keeping an element of agility to get them to the breakdown first.

There is a boot for every position so check out the rest of the adidas Ignite Invasion Pack.

2. Exclusive Canterbury Lions Warm Up Tee

Exclusive to Intersport retailers, The Lions Warm-Up tee from Canterbury is perfect for Lions fans who are looking for something to train in. Made from VapoDri fabric, this tee is ideal for all kinds of training this summer. Designed to wick away sweat from your skin quickly, keeping you cool and your tee dry.

It also means you don’t have to destroy your Lions Elite shirt at training…

3. adidas All Blacks Territory Home Shirt

While they remain the greatest rugby team in the world, even the All Blacks need to be prepared for anything when it comes to playing The Lions. The 3-Test exclusive All Blacks Territories shirt is ready for anything.

It’s one of the most comfortable Test shirts adidas have made. Formation sleeve cuffs give the arms a good fit whether you’re a back or forward and the two seams at the front and back give it a tailored fit feel. The shirt also celebrates the rich history the All Blacks have with the Lions. The shield Fern Crest represents the jersey worn by the All Blacks against The Lions in 1930 when a kit colour clash meant the team wore a white jersey. A black shield badge was used underneath the crest so the players had the feeling of the black jersey close to their hearts.

The All Blacks take on The Lions June 24th.
